Allods Online 4-8 Empire

So recently I’ve started playing the F2P MMO by the name of Allods Online. When compared against all the other free MMOs out there it is by far the best, due to its surprising resemblance to WoW. The fact that it succeeds in copying the formula down to the art style of the League makes it even more admirable when you realize that they tried to add a touch of something not copy pasted. Namely the class system, although very common classes appear each race has a different take on it and a different racial ability. Any who this guide starts off right after the Tutorial. Simply put of you need aguide for the tutorial look into finding a new hobby.

Our story will follow one remarkably British looking mustached man, named Wimbly

Attention

The Man, The Legend, The Mustache

After finishing the tutorial, pick up every quest in the immediate area. A quest is never a bad thing to pick up, and help your character level faster.

Black Hyena are the first kill quest immediately to the right of the square

Slouch is in the house with the open door. There are some guards on the stairs

After hes dead, loot him for his head.

While walking down the alley, kill the crows in it for the meat. Crows are really spread all over the place so don't worry about them much.

The First Goblin camp is on the right. You'll have to kill a few Goblins to get to the trigger point.

As you head out from the camp make aright. Kill the crows in the alley and keep going.

Kill the bugs and turn left from the spot where they were. This is the second Goblin camp.

Same deal as the last camp. Kill a couple and walk around until the quest triggers.

Head straight from the camp into the block of houses. Kill the bugs and crows here for the quests.

Now loop back to the original alley and talk to Ilya.

Then loot the book from his body.

Turn in the quests and pick up the quest for hanging the Medallions. Just right clock the lamp posts and you'll be done in no time. Also note that you should be level 6 by this point.

Go out of the old square and to the Victory Park. Pick up the quests and don't bother with the elementals for now.

Lay the flower down for the daily quest and go around the corner to the chest. Then leave and go to the Tower.

In the tower pick up all of the Guide's quests and all the talk to trainers that the professional trainers offer.

Talk to this guy and get the Quest.

The mobs are right behind him and very easy to kill.

Place the flowers here for the daily, then grab all the quests in the Area.

The way into the reservoir is a little deceptive at first.

Find these stairs and go all the way down. There may or may no be snakes on the stairs.

The boxes for the quest. They usually have snakes roaming around them, so kill those too.

Go to the pipe with the golden lid (hard to miss it) and go through. There you will find two rooms of smugglers. Kill them

The second room has the book stacks for the quest. Get all three.

Go out and around to the other pipe opening. Kill any snakes in your way, or however many you need to finish the quest.

The second pipe (no gold cap) has a hole in it. Go through to find the crocs.

Get the five eggs needed for the quest.

The boss croc is easily soloable even as a squishy scout.

Go outside, turn in all the quests and then go to the mana tank and kill the elementals. The fatigue should get you to 7.

Be sure not to mess with Sparkilon. Hes way out of your league.

Also do the rep quest ONCE. (Pet Peeve: we have to kill lvl 6 rats while league get to walk for their rep quest.)

The rats themselves are nothing major. They do have an annoying collection of DoTs though.

At this point I had gone back to the starting innkeeper to get my level up and grabbed this on my way back. Its a quick quest.

The quest just involves clicking glowies. At this level the bees don't even aggro.

Make your way over to the Hadron quarter. These three plus the two around the monument give you the bulk of the quests.

Place the flowers at the marker and then get the quests.

The first building with no door has two stools in it. One on the stairs the other in the room.

The second house is across the street from the first. It has two chairs both in the room.

The final house is around the corner (long way relative to the other two). It also has two chairs in the room.

From there i walked to the pit, avoiding the bugs and dropped down. Here is the entrance to the underground.

The Tep Cultists inside drop the medallions for the quest.

There is also one plant next to each column. These are for another quest.

Down the coridor to the right are the High Priests for yet another quest. Altogether there are three quests in this underground.

Once done with those head aboveground and kill the mages in the pits.

The tombs to insect are also scattered around the pits.

From those spawn these Tep Devotees. That counts as a failure.

If one of the Awakened spawns that counts as a success and counts toward the quest.

There are also graves to cleanse scattered around. They have the gold decorations on them. Keep killing the Cursed for the quest while clicking the glowies.

Turn in all the quests. You should have enough fatigue to get level 8. From the path to Izune from Hadron get this quest.

On the same path get this guy's quest.

Place the final flowers and pick up all the quests around here.

Go back to the old square, turn in the fatigue and quests (I also did the summon water elemental quests at this point. Entirely optional). Be sure to grab the world mystery quest.

Be sure to turn in the daily. DON'T FORGET.

He gives you the next part in the chain. Another talk quest.

The orc gives you a simple kill 3 quest.

The mobs are non-aggressive and right next to the quest giver.

The quest reward starts a new quest. And thats it. If you're not level 8 by now you're doing it wrong.

More to come as I play the game more. I would also like to mention that my AoC screenshot sadly died with a hard drive so I am no longer able to complete that series, even though I did get to 80 and raided the top tier dungeons and defended at Sieges. In the end I just no longer had the will to play AoC. That might change in the future but for now I play Allods to see what its like(and EVE of course).
